The Civil Guard in the region of Murcia has developed a research in order to eradicate the commission of vehicle thefts in the town of Cieza, which has resulted in the arrest of two persons suspected of criminal typology.
So far, the rapid action of the Civil Guard helped to clarify 18 crimes of burglary in the vehicle interior, Cieza committed in the past two months to recover some of the effects in stolen vehicles, mainly audio equipment, documentation and cash.
The investigation was initiated to mark the significant increase in robberies inside parked vehicles in the town of Cieza, who had created social unrest in the population.

Modus operandi

The objectives of these young people were vehicles parked on the street, usually on the outskirts of the town.

After a thorough analysis of the information obtained is ascertained the involvement of these people in 18 crimes against property (theft with force inside the vehicle), Cieza committed earlier this year.
Detainee
As part of this research has proceeded to the arrest of two people on suspicion of robbery with force inside the vehicle, identified as:
- Moroccan, 30 and resident in Níjar (AL).
- Moroccan, 22 and resident in Cieza.
The detainees, recovered and proceedings initiated effects have been made available to the Magistrate's Court in Cieza (Murcia).
