The Governing Council has given the green light to an investment for a total amount of 1,421,587 euros for reservation and occupation of a total of 127 places in day centers located in the municipalities of Cieza and Eagles and intended for people with intellectual disabilities .
Of the total, 973 843 euros are for 87 seats in the town of Cieza, of which 47 are concluded for the day center of the Regional Association of Parents and Guardians of Mentally Handicapped (Ascope), for an amount of 526 099 euros.
The other 40 seats are located in downtown New Foundation Los Albares day, for 447 744 euros.
The rest of the amount, EUR 447 744 are to hire 40 people at the day center Eagles.
Thus, with these contributions ensures compliance with Law 39/2006 of 14 December on the Promotion of Personal Autonomy and Care for Dependent People.
The aim is to meet the needs of counseling, prevention, rehabilitation, counseling for autonomy and care, personal care and support to families and caregivers of those suffering from disabilities.
