The Department of Education has launched an Outreach Plan Local Heritage among schools in the locality.
This project of educational and socio-cultural, aims to raise awareness of our historical and artistic heritage of the township the population of school age.
The main objective of this Plan is to raise awareness among school children about the importance of knowing, valuing and respecting the historical and cultural heritage.
It aims to give young people the opportunity to learn more about this heritage that belongs to them, they know the monuments, they know of their wealth, who value them, respect them and also feel proud of them.
It has invited schools to participate in this project, through visits to different points of cultural and historical interest of our town.
The visits will be free to all schools in the city, provided they are included in the program of the same, and upon request from the Department of Education.
The coordination of the visits will be through Stipa Tourist Services (phone: 658 641 101, email: info@stipaturismo.com), and will be conducted by Official Tourist Guides.
