The Department of Social Intervention of the Assembly Local Red Cross in Cieza launches project rehabilitative care for children with disabilities and children at risk or social conflict in our city, thanks to the grant from Social Work of Caixa in Cieza.
This project Cieza Red Cross is addressed to children who are at high social risk, social conflict or serious behavioral problems, and are subject to change through an educational intervention.
"Try, from advanced educational intervention and the commitment and radical commitment to them, be future opportunity for a minor in tension with themselves, society and the school system," stressed the Project Coordinator of the Local Assembly Red Cross in Cieza, Manuel López Salinas.
This year, the project beneficiaries are seventeen children between seven and ten years, mostly immigrants from the poorest neighborhoods of the town portion whose families are users of the "Food for Solidarity" holding the Assembly Local Red Cross in Cieza.
The children that houses the project will be staffed throughout the educational process for ten volunteers from the Red Cross.
