The regional government has approved an allocation of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities of 550,000 euros to cover the running costs of the music conservatories of municipal ownership of Cieza, Molina de Segura and San Javier.
Specifically, the agreement provides for the granting of a subsidy of 168,153 euros for municipal conservatory Cieza, 214,352 euros for Molina de Segura and 167,494 for San Javier.
The agreement specifies that the service of music conservatory is one of the responsibilities assumed by the municipalities as a way of bringing music lessons to the public.
Therefore, the Ministry of Education provides annual funding with the aim that these teachings reach the highest possible degree of development.
Most of this aid goes to the recruitment of teachers, which, in turn, is directly related to the number of hours required in each center, according to enrollment.
