On Wednesday, invited by IU-Greens Cieza, twenty professionals in the world of education met in the IES Diego Tortosa of the town to meet and discuss the draft electoral program of training and education.
After a first contact in which the candidate for mayor by ciezanos ecosocialistas, Saorín Francisco, recalled the initiatives presented by councilors in these four years in education and current councilman and municipal spokesman, Antonio Penalva, crushed the specific commitments included in the draft electoral program that they will attend the elections next May, attendees, including the president of Fapa-Cieza and professors and teachers from different schools of the town was outlined their views and completed the proposals.
A first conclusion attendees focused on who has spent time openings and that we must go for addressing the main problems of education in Cieza, responding to them and offering a quality service to users, all areas and levels of the different educational stages.
Among the topics that discussion raised at the meeting was the situation of the music school and professional conservatory, especially the progressive decrease in the provision of financial resources by the Autonomous Community to the second and excessive amount of fees payable by the students of the first, that the City used to offset the huge deficit of the conservatory.
It was also agreed on the need to support the maintenance of the service and regularize and regulate the operation thereof, with special emphasis on standardization in the choice of management.
Another aspect that was emphasized was the situation of occupational classroom, every two years is linked to one of the IES of the town.
On it, the deplorable state of the facilities are highlighted, the total lack of funds for the purchase of material and profile of students, concluding on the need to address the situation of the same, with new facilities, faculty and resources stability Economic so that it can fulfill the role to which it is intended.
Finally, the work of parents' associations, supported initiatives School parents and the need to restore the service of CPR were other aspects supported by the attendees, who agreed completeness and stuck to the needs of electoral program IU-Greens.
The candidate for mayor of Cieza, Francisco Saorín, who was accompanied by Council of IU-Green, Antonio Penalva and José Eduardo Illueca, thanked the participants for their contributions, which will be discussed in open meeting that training has scheduled to be held on Saturday February 28 to approve the final program and ratify the entire application, since only the top ten of the same were elected in Open Elementary last January 17 in a vote in which more 300 ciezanos.
