According to the Barometer of the Pact for Transparency in the Region study by the Association of Political Scientists and Sociologists of the Region of Murcia, Cieza City Council suspended in agility and transparency in responding to requests for information from citizens.

Researchers Javier Sierra and Jose Luis Ros, have measured the time taken for each municipality and each institution to respond to the request posing as anonymous users, but have also taken into account the quality of the response.
