The Governing Council has approved a proposal from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities, a grant of 370,353 euros to the municipalities of Cieza, Jumilla, Molina de Segura and San Javier for funding during 2015 the operation of their respective conservatories Music, in which over 500 students study.
Specifically, for the Conservatory of Cieza 57,433 euros is earmarked for the Jumilla 182 497 euros;
for Molina de Segura, 73 213 euros;
and the San Javier, a total of 57,208 euros.
Thus, the Community provides access to professional music arts education and its development and promotion.
In this sense, the aim is to bring these teachings to the people of the region through progressive expansion of supply in different regions.
Since the creation of municipal music conservatories, the regional administration has been working in financing the operation thereof, where the largest expenditure is derived from the needs of teachers.
These four centers have nearly fifty teachers who taught over a thousand hours of teaching during this course to 505 students.
