The presentation of the draft regulation on citizen participation, which are invited all the neighbors will be held in the auditorium of the IES Diego Tortosa Thursday July 30, at 20 hours.

Citizens and associations may make contributions.
The Councillor for Citizen Participation, José Eduardo Illueca, reports that the 30th of July, Thursday at 8 pm at IES Diego Tortosa, will be presented for discussion the draft of the new regulation of citizen participation.
From the Department have sent invitations to all the associations contained in the Municipal Register of Citizen Entities but Illueca Councillor insists that "it is an overt act to which they are called all citizens and all associations, regardless of you have reached them or not a formal invitation; we can only build citizen participation through participation, so it is important that many citizens come on Thursday this kick off a process we want them to be the protagonists ".

The first draft for discussion has been developed based on the work done by the previous Corporation, "but not from the text which was finally presented the popular group, which was unacceptable, but some minimum consensus reflected in the drafts that were handled during the process of dialogue between parties, simplifying some aspects, ordering others and always better facilitating participation ".
This first text for discussion can be downloaded by any citizen who wants it from the municipal website, by clicking a banner ad to the effect that appears on the home page, in the right column.

It has enabled the City Council to channel corporate email all contributions and suggestions that citizens or their associations want to convey to the Department of contribution.

According to the councilman Illueca, "all contributions that do not incur legal impossibility be studied and classified, developing with them a document that will be discussed in a participatory manner in a workshop that will be reconvened to citizenship, in mid-September ".
Of the conclusions obtained there will come out a text "to rise to the plenary for provisional approval, and will continue after the necessary procedures of public information, arguments, final approval and publication in the official BORM".
Done all this, Illueca hopes that the Regulation of Citizen Participation of the City of Cieza to enter into force in early 2016.
