The Department of Finance and Heritage reported during the citizenry during the first half of July to the General Directorate of Land Registry under the Ministry of Finance, would send hundreds of letters of beginning of cadastral regulation, letters that have already begun to arrive to the homes located in the town of Cieza.
The procedure is being developed throughout the national territory except Navarra and the Basque Country.
In all cases, the determination of the affected municipalities and the adjustment period for the same is established by resolution of the Directorate General of Land Registry published in the Official Gazette, which, in the case of Cieza, was published in the Official Gazette No. 266 of November 3, 2014.
The cadastral regularization aims to incorporate the Real Estate Cadastre urban and rural land, as well as changes in their characteristics, infringements of the obligation to report fully and correctly the circumstances determining a high or cadastral amendment.
The initiation of the procedure and is communicating to stakeholders so that they can make submissions if they wish, within 15 days of notification of the commencement of the record is received.
The Department of Finance and Heritage recalls that the adjustment of the description of the property is subject to a rate set by the Ministry of Finance, the amount is 60 euros for each of the properties subject to adjustment, to be paid by who has the status of taxable person for Property Tax.
The rate is a tribute cadastral regularization of state character whose taxable event is the regularization of the description of the property by the process of cadastral regularization.
As a result of that process of regularization, it is receiving greater influx of stakeholders attending municipal offices located at Boat No. 10 with intent to request information or to inquire.
Agencies that are available to the public to provide information relating to this regularization process, as explained, is taking place all over the country with the exception of Navarra and the Basque Country.
