The Procurement Department of the City of Cieza reports that gives the possibility to all professionals interested in the municipality provide technical services to the Consistory to enroll in an open list to meet the transparency principle and provide equal opportunities to citizens.
The Department thus get an updated list that technicians who so wish may be considered for possible jobs that need to hire the City.
Usually, from local government infrastructure works or any private entity that is awarded to the need to carry out is hiring professional technicians responsible for coordinating the plan of safety.
With the opening and updating this list is intended to enable the hiring of technicians are rotating on an equal footing and that do not fall continuously in a few.
The councilor responsible for hiring, Antonio Martinez-Real, considers that the administration "must act transparently when performing this type of contract."
After updating this list, Martínez.-Real convene a meeting with the technicians in which, as stated, "The view they are heard to unify criteria and will be informed that any contract will be published."
The mayor also says that "since the arrival of the new government, these contracts already being conducted on a rotating basis with other professionals, although this council's desire to develop and update a list of technicians for all those who wish to have also access to these jobs. "
