IU-Greens Cieza State adds March against sexist violence that converge Saturday in Madrid to publicly denounce any and all of the violence that is in the Spanish State motivated by gender inequality.
According to the manifesto published by the feminist movement and with which we totally agree from our organization, "male violence represents the most brutal manifestation of gender inequality and involves the violation of human rights of people, mostly women , who suffer ".
The deaths of women from violence is the apex of a pyramid of inequality between men and women that permeates the whole society, from institutions to family living areas such as our homes, so that the fight against this social evil should be performed in all of them, both in public and private spaces.
The feminist movement also expresses its abhorrence to all those macho behavior of inequality experienced by those who do not respond to hegemonic masculinity is considered normal from the point of view of the traditional division of gender roles.
From IU-Greens criticize all systematic cuts that have occurred since the general government resources to prevent and treat gender-based violence and on the other hand all those who have helped to aggravate discrimination against women in public and domestic areas .
This year 70 women have been killed simply because their partners have so decided, so ignoble and repulsive.
Needless to say enough and say it publicly, so we applaud and support the actions of the feminist movement and the march this Saturday in Madrid.
