The Director General of Planning, Architecture and Housing, Nuria Fuentes, accompanied by the Mayor of Cieza, Pascual Lucas, and the Town Planning and Social Welfare, Francisco Saorín and Cristina García-Vaso, respectively, on Friday held a meeting with families living in public housing Molinico Orchard Street in order to inform both the refurbishment of the sewerage and the repair of roofs.
Sources said that this is a performance more in the political rehabilitation of 477 public housing nine municipalities in the region that continues from the Ministry of Public Works and Infrastructures under the Pan Housing 2014-2016.
In particular, action in Cieza, with a budget of 105,000 euros, involves upgrading 64 public housing, rented, making up an apple with three different blocks and four bedrooms and clubhouse.
The Director General of Planning, Architecture and Housing said that it is a very important action with which will improve the condition of the building, repairing roofs and supply networks and sanitation.
He asked the neighbors their collaboration because "it is all the public money to be used to improve the living conditions of their homes."
It also requested the collaboration of residents in day-to-day needs of the works.

The works will include the renovation of the interior sewer and water supply, improving accessibility of public spaces, improved energy efficiency in buildings and replacement of joinery and waterproofing.
It is several blocks of flats known as the 'white floors' that are older than twenty years.
Spread over four floors, the building is located on a plot of 2,400 square meters, with a construction area of ​​6,672 square meters.
Its renovation will address the adequacy of the buildings and the execution of maintenance and intervention in its facilities and in private elements and spaces in order to promote better integration and response of its urban fabric, renewing urban image of this set public housing.
