The Plan of Works and Services financed the construction of the collector of the town
The Autonomous Region will install a remote center Coordination Center 1-1-2 Murcia in Cieza, to increase agility, focus and efficiency of the emergency services, and coordination between regional and local media.
This was announced today by the Minister of Presidency, María Dolores Pagan, during his meeting with the Mayor of Cieza, Pascual Lucas.
The expansion of this network of centers is one of the objectives it has set the Ministry of Presidency this year, so that the quality of service provided by the regional government to improve people and will increase security citizen.
The installation of this center will occur after the signing of an agreement between the Ministry and City Hall on the first will provide the necessary platform to support and technological support centers, as well as maintenance of hardware and software that supports connection system 1- 1-2 and the initial and ongoing training of local personnel operating the equipment and systems.
Currently, there are 13 municipalities that have been integrated into the platform emergency management coordination center 1-1-2, representing 72 percent of the regional population and 70 percent of the incidents attended the last year.

The town of Cieza is the eleventh town to join the Network of Municipalities for Citizen Participation thanks to an agreement signed today between the Ministry and the City, which, in the words of Maria Dolores Pagan, "is the realization of the commitment of the President Pedro Antonio Sánchez to promote citizen participation and transparency, and therefore policies' Open Government ''.
The agreement provides for that criteria of coordination and cooperation with the local administration and generating stable channels of communication and permanent contact with the municipalities.
"The involvement and participation of citizens in decision-making generates higher quality public policies that will have an extra legitimacy, counting from the beginning with the support of the citizens," said the minister, who also welcomed the recent adoption of Regulation of Citizen Participation promoted by the council.
According to the Commitment to Citizen Participation, the Community provides support and advice for the development of such municipal regulations as well as the implementation of the mechanisms requiring the exercise of the right of access to public information contained in the legislation national and regional transparency;
assuming also committed to providing training activities on transparency and participation aimed at managers and technicians of the municipalities.

After signing the agreement, the Minister of Presidency and its management team, accompanied by the mayor and representatives of the corporation, visited the site of the rain collector funded by the Plan of Works and Services of the Region of Murcia 2015. The contract was awarded in September and has a lead time of six months.
