9.30 HOURS:
LLEGADA DE PARTICIPANTES:

in front of Senior Center (IMAS).
The buses unloaded here and have to go to park on the outskirts of town.
- Tras la llegada, tiempo para ir al aseo ó tomar algo en cafetería, se utilizarán las instalaciones del Centro.
10,00 HORAS: En las instalaciones del Centro, Bienvenida a los Participantes a cargo de las autoridades asistentes , entrega de obsequio conmemorativo a los Centros y realización de tabla de gimnasia dirigida por monitor de la Concejalía de Deportes.

10:30: START UP: From the door of the Centre, following the route described in the end.
11:30 am: Stop for the picnic at the Lodge Hall (place of great views)
12:30 HOURS: End of activity in the vicinity of Theodore Mill Museum, where the buses will return to pick up the participants to start returning to their hometowns.
DIFICULTAD

: Medium-low (5 km, of which 1.5 km are in urban recorrrido and the rest pedestrian from the Riverwalk, along the river Segura and tour of the track "Colacao" enjoying the beautiful scenery of the Vega River, the garden, the mountain area of The Watchtower and the views of the old town of Cieza.
RECOMENDACIONES :
- Ropa.

- Zapatillas deportivas
- Protector solar.
- Gorra.
- Serán las mismas personas quienes hagan la tabla de gimnasia y la ruta de senderismo.
- En todo momento, se deberán seguir las instrucciones de la organización.
- Todas las personas que participen en la Muestra, deberán cumplimentar la hoja de inscripción y entregarla al trabajador responsable de su Centro
